Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is about taking time out to work on yourself and where you want to be in life. Together we find a way to move you forward faster than you could do on your own.  I specialises in working one to one and helping you create a strong inner core, enabling your confidence and self esteem to grow and flourish.   We start out with an intake appointment that usually last a hour and a half, where you get to tell me what your expectations are and I explain the coaching process. You will leave feeling empowered and knowing that you have taken the first steps towards a brighter more positive future.

My favourite kind of coaching is face to face.

We arrange a place and time and the coaching begins. I have several places I use, it can either be a small private room in a business location, a quiet area in a hotel, usually in the lounge over coffee, or somewhere else that is uplifting and a neutral location for us both.

It is important for us both to be out of our normal environment so we can think clearly without any of our usual distractions.

Coaching is totally confidential and you choose the pace.

Sometimes my clients are short of time, travelling, or live on the other side of the world, so I also offer the following types of coaching:

Telephone Coaching

If you would like telephone coaching at a particular time that suits us both, we will agree the time, and then you will call me at that time.

Skype Coaching

If you prefer Skype coaching, again we agree the time and you Skype me at that time. My Skype name is Christine Miljkovic, I am now living back in England.  If you don’t have Skype yet, please let me know and I will send you some instructions.
