DISC for improving teamwork


DISC is invaluable for teamwork, as it takes away the personal feelings with dealing with conflict and difference personality styles.  It helps each team member see their own strengths and sometimes weaknesses.  When this information is shared within the team, a new understanding arises which enhances communications on all levels. The DISC system will give you a graph representing the way you see yourself, (the real you), a graphs that represents how others see you and one that shows the differences in your behaviour when you are under stress. DISC is non-judgemental and helps people discuss their behavioural differences
